OUE Skyspace Los Angeles
When Singaporean real estate company OUE purchased the U.S. Bank Tower, they added an observation deck and event space on top with 360-degree views of the city, creating LA’s newest tourist attraction. I designed a brand identity system that was brought to life across all consumer touchpoints, from ticketing and branding to social channels and sales materials. This was one component of a complex marketing strategy including a multi-million-dollar media plan and a local and international advertising campaign.
